Hosted in Norway’s capital city and culminating in a gala performance at the Oslo Concert Hall, this festival is a rare opportunity to sing Gjeilo’s music with live orchestra and experience the soul of Norway that inspires his soundscapes, from its fjords and forests to its museums and modern architecture.

HOW TO JOIN

1. Pay the Audition Fee: $50

This fee will be credited toward your deposit if you are accepted. Should your audition be unsuccessful, the $50 will be refunded in full.

2. Send your audition

Once your audition fee has been paid, you will receive a private audition link to a Google form where you can upload:1. A short audio or video clip of you singing.
2. A brief statement (just a couple of lines) explaining why you would love to join the festival.
3. An outline of any previous choral experience you have.

3. Pay the remainder of the deposit ($450)*

If your audition has been successful, you’ll receive an email with a secure link to pay the remainder of your deposit, along with all the details you’ll need to move forward on your journey!

Payment

Flexible 3‑Payment Plan

To make joining simple, we offer a 3‑installment payment plan!
Payments are processed securely via Stripe (credit card).

1. Deposit $500 ($50 from the audition fee)

Due November 1, 2025 to secure your spot.

2. Second Payment – 25% of final balance

25% of the total, due December 15, 2025 (8 months before departure).

3. Final Balance – Remaining balance

Remaining balance, due February 3, 2026 (120 days before departure).
